Our mission is provide a comprehensive, engaging environment where trainees of all ages, from elementary to high school, can learn about bioinformatics, medical data analysis, and its AI applications. Through practical activities, collaborative projects, and innovative challenges, we aim to cultivate a deep understanding of medical science and technology, preparing the next generation for a future where these fields intersect.

Dr. AI

Where AI Meets Medicine!

A hackathon where participants use large language models (LLMs) and computer vision to develop an AI diagnostic system. The system will be based on medical images, patient records, and genetic factors. This event will encourage trainees to integrate various AI technologies to create a comprehensive diagnostic tool. This event is designed for all ages (elementary to high school) and offers a comprehensive set of activities that bridge the gap between medical science and AI. Participants will engage in activities such as taking biometrics (temperature, height, weight, etc.). Using AI and anonymized medical information (simulated data for younger participants), the program can suggest personalized nutrition or dietary recommendations based on a simulated health profile.

CARE Clinic

CARE clinic is an event under the Alrazi club designed to engage participants of all ages, from elementary to high school, in a comprehensive set of activities that integrate medical science and artificial intelligence. The clinic will take biometrics from kids, such as temperature, height, weight, and other vital signs. Using AI and medical records, the data will be analyzed to suggest personalized nutrition or dietary systems based on each participant's health profile.

2007-2010

Petri-dish

A hackathon that focuses on conducting wet lab experiments on microbial data in inside petri dishes and analyzing bacteria that grow in petri dishes using bioinformatics sequencing and workflows. Participants will gain hands-on experience in both laboratory techniques and data analysis.
